The area has lots to offer all our guests staying on the Park regardless of age. The Fylde Coast and surrounding countryside is fill! of places to visit and things to do.

Blackpool has something for everyone, excellent shops and entertainment, including the Tower, Pleasure Beach and the Theatres. The world famous illuminations are well worth a visit later in the season, the switch on being the 30th August and they will run till 3rd November 2002.

Close by are the towns of Kirkham, Garstang and Great Eccleston, which hold their outdoor markets each week, including W.I. and Farmers Markets. The local villages offer their charm and a good pub lunch to keep you going throughout the day.

For day trips we are within easy reach of the M55 giving access to the Forest of Bowland and the Lake District, both beautiful areas to visit.

Close by are several well stocked fishing ponds for the fisherman.
For the Golf enthusiast there are selection of Golf Links to choose from including The Royal at Lytham St Annes, Knott End Golf Club and pay and play at Garstang.

If you wish to enjoy the countryside at a more leisurely pace try a boat trip along the Lancaster Canal, or take a bicycle ride in the Fylde well known for being extremely flat and therefore not too strenuous. Do a spot of bird watching along the way and if you really want to take life easy just relax.
